Returns & exchanges

• Custom or made-to-order furniture may not be eligible for return.
• Ready stock items may be exchanged within 7 days if unused and in original condition.

Damaged items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.
