Fine Arts — Returns & Refunds

We want you to love every piece. Please review this policy before placing an order.

Custom & made-to-order furniture

Most Fine Arts pieces are crafted or finished to order. Custom, made-to-order, and specially finished items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by law or if the item arrives damaged or defective.

Ready stock / showroom pieces

Eligible ready-stock items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if unused, in original packaging, and with proof of purchase. Return shipping (if any) may be charged unless the item is defective or incorrectly fulfilled.

Damaged or defective items

Inspect your furniture on delivery. Report damage or defects within 48 hours with clear photos. We will arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before production begins. Once fabrication or finishing has started, cancellation may not be possible or may incur a restocking/production fee.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after we receive and inspect the return (where applicable).
