Fine Arts — Terms of Service

By browsing or purchasing from Fine Arts, you agree to these terms.

Products

Furniture is handmade or finished with natural materials. Slight variations in wood grain, colour, and finish are normal and not defects. Product images are representative; visit our Wakad showroom to see finishes in person when possible.

Pricing & payment

Prices are in INR and may change without notice. Orders are confirmed once payment or agreed advance is received. For custom work, lead times are estimates and may vary with material availability and workshop capacity.

Delivery

Delivery is available within Pune / PCMC as described at checkout. Free delivery applies to eligible orders of ₹25,000 and above within our local delivery area. Store pickup at our Wakad showroom is available when selected at checkout.

Ownership & risk

Title and risk pass on delivery or pickup, except where damage in transit is reported promptly with evidence.

Limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fine Arts is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from purchase or use of products.
